🧠 Concept Builder: Frequency, Amplitude & Pitch

🔬 Scientific Explanation

Frequency (Hz): Number of vibrations per second. Higher frequency = higher pitch. Ex: A whistle has high frequency (~2000 Hz), while a drum has low frequency (~60 Hz).

Amplitude: The height of the wave, showing how strong or loud a sound is. Higher amplitude = louder sound. Ex: Whisper = 30 dB, Jet Engine = 120 dB.

Pitch: How high or low a sound seems. It’s the perception of frequency. Ex: A child’s voice has higher pitch than an adult’s due to higher frequency.
